My art can be viewed and purchased on line through the Artists Alliance Australia website at: aaaart.online

I’ve loved art since before I was born, being a 3rd generation artist in the family (as far as I’ve traced).

I moved to the Sunshine Coast Qld at the end of 2018 and am loving it here.

I did live in Canberra, Australia, and paint anywhere I can. My husband Raymond and I love to travel, and when I’m not exploring some new place, I’m either in my art studio transferring my thoughts onto canvas or at the ASOC studio painting with fellow artists.

Check out my 2 Facebook pages :  search for Patricia Wheatstone Artist and wheatstonegallery  . It seems I have 2 pages.  I shall attempt to reconcile them in the future.

Feel free to drop me an email and say hi!

Note: Check the email address before sending, remove any extra spaces and replace (art) with spam@wheatstonegallery.com.  I do this so spammers can’t scan my site to flood the email address.

As well as doing what I love to do:

I aim to create artworks that will inspire or bring joy to others and to encourage everyone to own at least one piece of quality original art that they love.  I grew up in Sydney and have attended many art workshops and tutorials and won numerous art awards, beginning with my first first prize at age 12. My current loves are painting abstracts, landscapes referencing the aerial viewpoint, and quirky figures, working with acrylic paint and mixed media. I plan to continue my visual art degree (final year on hold) but at present I’m busy painting and travelling. I am a former President and Vice President of the Artists Society of Canberra (ASOC) and am currently a member of the Tin Shed Art Group (TSAG) and the ASOC Contemporary painting group.  I now belong to the Caloundra Arts Center FRAG painting group and the Artists Alliance Australia
